This study was carried out to evaluate the QWL(quality of working life) of hospital workiers.
For this study, questionaries were sent to the 330 trainees among their, 215 cases were collected and used for analysis.
Data were analyzed by frequency, T-test and ANOVA suing the spss ver 9.0 for windows program.
The major findings were as follows ;
Firstly, Analyzing the difference among various hospital groups, the university hospital group and the over 1000bed group exhibited the highest level of QWL. By the types of foundation, social welfare corporate hospital group was the highest in level of QWL among various hospital groups.
Secondly, By general characteristic of the group, males were higher than females and university graduate group were the highest in level of QWL. And married workers were higher than unmarried and the over charge grade group were higher than the below carge grade group. And execpt for wages, the longer working period they had, the higher level of QWL was.
Thirdly, those who know managerial policy were higher than those who don´t know managerial policy in level of QWL.
